Today’s New Covenant nugget is from 2 Timothy 1:6
I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands.
The Passion Translation says, “Fan into a flame and rekindle the fire of the spiritual gift God imparted to you when I laid my hands upon you.”
We have to continually stir ourselves up in the Holy Ghost! Pray in the Spirit, speak life to your weariness, stir yourself up!
One of the reasons that fellowship is so important is that when we get together, we sit under the anointing, we pray together, receive communion together and receive spiritual food together… this stirs us up, encourages us and fans the flames that the Lord has placed on the inside of us!
