Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Romans 8:16
The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God.
The Holy Spirit wants you to get the revelation that you are indeed a child of God! The Passion Translation says, ‘For the Holy Spirit makes God’s fatherhood real to us as He whispers into our innermost being, “You are God’s beloved child!.”’
You are not an angel, you are not an evolved animal, you are not just another created being… you are God’s child! You are created in His image and in His likeness and you have His DNA as a born again, New Covenant believer!
God is good to all creation, but you have been set apart above all else to receive His BEST, because you are His child! He is watching over you right now with pride… He sees himself in you, He is smiling as He looks at you… and there is nothing that can separate you from His love!
Hear the Spirit’s voice, making God’s fatherhood real to you as He whispers into your innermost being, “You are God’s beloved child!.”
