The Holy Spirit gives us grace gifts (chárisma) for effective supernatural ministry and the fruit of the Spirit for effective supernatural living. He teaches us to operate in both by grace through faith by His power and ability. The two greatest things that the Holy Spirit uses to teach, train and to impart to us are the Word and the anointing.
THE WORD
John 14:26
But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
The Holy Spirit supernaturally brings scripture to our remembrance for us to stand on in our time of need. He coaches us through the Word. He uses the living Word as a sword, as medicine, as well as a compass.
THE ANOINTING
1 John 2:27
The anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
The Holy Spirit coaches directs, imparts power and teaches us through His anointing.
THE ANOINTING IS THE ENABLING POWER AND VIRTUE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
THE ANOINTING IS HIGHLY DISCERNABLE
If we listen and look and make an effort to discern the anointing we will easily be able to do this.
BEFORE YOU MOVE, DISCERN, IS THE ANOINTING THERE?
If the anointing is not discernable, do not move forward on any plans. Wait for direction and verify with the anointing. This goes for ideas, plans and relationships.
The Holy Spirit is available as a life-coach to you. Let Him train you, let Him impart His gifts to you and let Him develop His fruit in you, then allow Him to coach you by using the living Word and His enabling anointing!
