Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Titus 2:11-12 (TPT)
God’s marvelous grace has manifested in person, bringing salvation [sozo] for everyone. This same grace teaches us how to live each day as we turn our backs on ungodliness and indulgent lifestyles, and it equips us to live self-controlled, upright, godly lives in this present age.
SAY, “GRACE TEACHES US AND GRACE EQUIPS US FOR ABUNDANT SELF-CONTROLLED, UPRIGHT, HOLY LIVING”
Sin gives place to the devil. Sin is anything outside of the leading of the Holy Spirit… any action, thought, or word that is not according to the Word of God. Sin is not just cursing, getting high, stealing and such… it is ANY departure from the path that the Lord has for us, in thought, word, or deed.
Grace keeps us on the road of safety, blessing and abundance! It imparts strength, desire and ability to walk in the Spirit according to the Word and not deviate, or give place to the devil.
1 Corinthians 1:4-7 says “I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus, that [through grace] you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you, so that you come short in no gift, eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ.
GRACE MAKES YOU RICH IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE…
The bible says that you were enriched in everything through the the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus… spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally and financially.
HOW DOES THE LORD USE GRACE TO ENRICH YOU?
In utterance, in knowledge and in the gifts of the Spirit… “through grace you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, so that you come short in no gift…”
IN UTTERANCE
We UTTER life by declaring the Word by faith, instead of talking about circumstances… by speaking TO the mountain by faith, instead of talking ABOUT the mountain.
Life and death is in the power of the tongue. Grace gives you as a believer supernatural ability to speak powerful words of faith which activate angels to do the Word of the Lord. By GRACE we speak in tongues upon our most holy faith, by grace we command by the authority of Jesus, by grace, through faith we declare things that are not as though they were – by grace we make divine utterances by the power of grace… utterance that will enrich you in every area of life!
IN KNOWLEDGE
By grace, supernaturally knowing what to do, when to do it and how to do what you know to do. Divine revelation knowledge includes wisdom, insight and ability. Divine revelation knowledge is imparted continually as we walk by faith and as we spend time in the Word – By revelation knowledge, you know when to speak and when to be quiet, you know how to negotiate, you know how to strategize, how to make deals, how to implement things in the best ways… you know because your knowing comes from the one who knows everything. Divine revelation knowledge through grace in Christ will enrich you in every area of life.
IN THE GIFTS OF THE SPIRIT
“through grace you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, so that you come short in no gift…”
Every gift of the Spirit is a supernatural power gift – The gifts of the Spirit operate by the grace, through faith. The gifts of the Spirit produce miracles, so, equipped with spiritual gifts, nothing will be impossible to you. Grace insures that you come short in no gift!
HOW TO RECEIVE GRACE
It is very important to know that you have ALREADY been given grace in your New Covenant through Christ… so, we are not talking about ‘getting God to give you grace’, we are taking about ‘RECEIVING’ the grace that has already been given!
Hebrews 4:16 says, ‘Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and FIND grace to help in time of need.’
The Greek word for ‘find’ is ‘heurískō’ it literally means ‘to understand, to get knowledge about, to discover, to recognize and to detect’. We go before the Lord’s throne of grace in prayer and in the Word to get revelation knowledge about His Divine GRACE towards us in our time of need.
The Holy Spirit is there to help you to understand divine grace… as you gain UNDERSTANDING you will be able to RECEIVE!
Say, “Father, I thank You for grace, I thank You for mercy - I receive it now, in Jesus Name! I thank You Father that You are willing and able to make all grace abound toward me, that through grace I always have all sufficiency in all things, and by Your grace I have an abundance for every good work.”
Receive grace today in utterance, in knowledge and in the gifts of the Spirit, and be enriched in everything! Be fully supplied for all things and have an abundance for EVERY good work, in Jesus Name!
