Are you allowing God to transform you into a new person in Him by allowing Him to change the way you think? It’s that easy becoming new in Him - all we need to do is change the way we think by grace through faith. They way you thought yesterday, can stay in yesterday, but today, you can wake up and think the way He wants you to think…and transformation will happen…it’s a promise out of His living Word.
Romans 12:2 talks about transformation. “Heavenly thinking” that puts your thoughts in live with God’s thinking and His thoughts. His thoughts are acceptable. His thoughts are good, perfect and worthy of Praise. Thinking His thoughts will bring you into perfect alignment with His will for your life.
I so often think of Philippians 4:8 which instructs us how to think God’s thoughts. It’s such a wonderful way to allow the Word of God to transform the way you think. If it’s not good, worthy of Praise, then stop that thought.
If you are being offended or hurt by someone’s actions, run your thoughts through Philippians 4:8. This will either help you see the situation through His eyes, or it will helps you see how by changing the way you think, you will no longer have offense of hurt.
Be transformed… change the way that you think… put on the mind of Christ by grace through faith!
Today, let God continue to transform you into being new in Him, but changing the way you think…and by putting on His thoughts, in Jesus Name!
