Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Romans 11:16
If the FIRSTFRUIT is holy, the lump is also HOLY; and if the root is holy, so are the branches. And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, were grafted in among them, and with them became a partaker of the root and FATNESS of the olive tree.
TODAY’S MESSAGE IS ABOUT FAR MORE THAN MONEY, IT IS ABOUT EVERYTHING IN YOUR LIFE… YOUR RELATIONSHIPS, YOUR CAREER, YOUR MINISTRY, YOUR HEALTH, YOUR MONEY. AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU TOUCH IN 2022
IF THE FIRSTFRUIT IS HOLY, THE WHOLE LUMP IS HOLY… SO, WHEN YOU BRING YOUR FIRSTFRUIT OFFERING TO THE LORD, IT MAKES EVERYTHING LEFT OVER HOLY!
THE FIRSTFRUIT OFFERING GRAFTS WHATEVER YOU SOW INTO THE TREE OF LIFE (THE ANOINTED ONE). THEN YOU BECOME A PARTAKER OF THE ROOT (JESUS, THE ANOINTED ONE) AND THE FATNESS (ANOINTING) OF THE OLIVE TREE (THE ANOINTING OF JESUS).
The Greek word translated as FATNESS is ‘piótēs’. Piótēs is the Greek translation of the Hebrew word ‘shemen’, meaning ‘The anointing’, or fatness, (referring to the olive oil that was used to anoint kings and priests.)
Isaiah 10:27 is a great scripture using the word ‘shemen’. Isaiah 10:27 says, “And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” (shemen)
The Passion Translation says, “In that day the Lord will remove the heavy burden from your shoulders and break off the yoke of bondage from your necks because of the heavy anointing (shemen) upon you!”
IT’S ALL ABOUT THE ANOINTING!
WHEN YOU GIVE THE LORD YOUR FIRST AND YOUR BEST, THE REST IS ANOINTED, AND THE ANOINTING WILL DESTROY EVERY WORK OF THE DEVIL AND ESTABLISH EVERY WORK OF THE LORD!
WHATEVER YOU DO FOR THE LORD IN THE FIRST SEASON OF 2022 WILL RELEASE A SUPERNATURAL ANOINTING ON EVERYTHING ELSE IN 2022! THIS INCLUDES YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME, MINISTRY, OR ACTS OF KINDNESS… WHATEVER YOU DO IN FAITH, OR GIVE IN FAITH FOR THE CAUSE OF THE KINGDOM OF GOD!
THIS IS THE SEASON TO SET ALL OF 2022 UP TO PARTAKE OF THE ROOT IN ALL THINGS!
GIVING JESUS THE FIRST AND THE BEST BLESSES THE REST!
PLAN YOUR CALENDAR, YOUR FINANCES… PLAN EVERYTHING AROUND PRIORITIZING JESUS AND HIS AGENDA!
PLACING JESUS AND HIS PRIORITIES FIRST WILL TAKE FAITH, BUT WILL COME WITH GREAT REWARD!
Let’s look at the story of the rich young ruler who approached Jesus about inheriting eternal life… Jesus (as a teacher of the Law told him to keep the Law… then later Jesus gave him the New Covenant way. Let’s begin in Mark 10:20, where the rich young ruler responds to Jesus about keeping the Law…
“20 And he (the rich young ruler) answered and said to Him, “Teacher, all these things I have kept from my youth.” (HE LIED… NOBODY COULD KEEP ALL OF THE LAW UNDER THE OLD COVENANT… NEXT, JESUS GIVES HIM THE NEW COVENANT WAY…) 21-22 Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, “One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me.” (GIVE UP WHAT IS YOURS, TAKE UP WHAT IS MINE, AND FOLLOW ME… JESUS WAS REFERRING TO TAKING UP HIS CROSS… EVERYTHING THAT HE ESTABLISHED ON THE CROSS… YOUR RIGHTEOUSNESS, THE COVENANT OF GRACE, HIS RESURRECTION ANOINTING, AND MUCH, MUCH MORE… HIS PAIN, OUR GAIN!) But he was sad at this word, and went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions. 23 Then Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, “How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God!” 24 And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus answered again and said to them, “Children, how hard it is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” (THE EYE OF A NEEDLE WAS A SECURITY GATE IN THE WALL OF THE CITY. IN ORDER FOR A CAMEL TO GET THROUGH, IT HAD TO FIRST BE UNLOADED, AND THEN IT HAD TO CRAWL THROUGH ON ITS KNEES – THAT IS HOW WE HAVE TO ENTER THE KINGDOM OF GOD… THROUGH JESUS, WHO IS THE GATE, ON OUR KNEES, AND HAVING UNLOADED ALL OF OUR BAGGAGE AND COMING TO HIM, HAVING LET GO OF EVERYTHING.) 26 And they were greatly astonished, saying among themselves, “Who then can be saved?” 27 But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.” 28 Then Peter began to say to Him, “See, we have left all and followed You.” 29 So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers, or sisters, or father, or mother, or children, or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, 30 who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life. (WHATEVER YOU GIVE UP FOR JESUS, BY GRACE, THROUGH FAITH, WILL GENERATE A HUNDREDFOLD RETURN IN YOUR LIFETIME. THIS YEAR, LET YOUR GIVING START WITH YOUR FIRSTFRUIT OFFERING… IN A FIRSTFRUIT OFFERING, 10% EQUALS 100%.)

EVERYTIME THAT YOU GIVE JESUS THE FIRST AND THE BEST, WHAT YOU GIVE RELEASES THE ANOINTING ONTO YOUR MONEY, YOUR TIME, YOUR BODY, YOUR CAREER, YOUR MINISTRY, YOUR RELATIONSHIPS AND ON EVERYTHING YOU WILL TOUCH IN 2022
THROUGHOUT 2022, CONTINUE TO GIVE JESUS THE FIRST AND THE BEST IN EVERYTHING… THE FIRSTFRUIT IS HOLY, AND AS YOU GIVE FIRSTFRUITS IN EVERYTHING, THE YOKE DESTROYING, FREEDOM IMPARTING ANOINTING OF FATNESS WILL BE THERE IN ABUNDANCE FOR YOU TO PARTAKE OF IN ALL THINGS!

In 2022 I lay down my agenda, and I take up the cross, and I follow You!
As I lay everything down and follow You Jesus, I receive a hundredfold return in this lifetime! I connect to your anointing in everything that I possess and in all that I do, in 2022”
