Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Psalm 103:2-5
Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.
This verse is sentimental to me…. It was one of my dad’s favorite verses to quote and he quoted it to me just days before he passed away at the amazing age 92….
Today, I want to remind you of this powerful, beautiful scripture spoken prophetically years before, of what Jesus would do on the cross. Today, we walk in the fulfilment of these verses.
When we receive Jesus as our precious Lord and Savior, we can declare that our sins are forgiven, and our diseases healed. Our lives have been redeemed from destruction…. notice this word ‘destruction’ – Covid is nothing more than something that was designed to bring destruction to our lives, but more than 2000 years ago, it was prophesied that Jesus would come and heal our diseases and deliver us from destruction.
You and I have been delivered from every destructive plan of the enemy. Today, stand on God’s Word with me and declare, “I have been healed of all my diseases, I have been redeemed from destruction”.
The Lord Jesus died on the cross so you would be crowned in His righteousness, His love and mercy… bringing you a blessed, enriched life in Him, for His Glory – Selah.
