Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Psalm 27:13-14
I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Friends our God is faithful, our God is great and full of goodness.
Be encouraged today to not be disheartened, do not be discouraged. If you get your eyes on circumstances, situations, people, politics, governments, you will be discouraged….
Today, let me remind you to keep your eyes on Jesus and His Word. Wait on the Lord, be of good courage. Allow His Word to fill and saturate your heart. Fill your mouth with songs of praise, speak words of thanksgiving and keep your eyes and focus on Jesus. Put a guard over your mouth to not speak discouragement, do not speak doubt and unbelief but speak life in Jesus Name.
As you take time in His Word (waiting on Him), strength will rise up in you, songs of praise will be on your lips and joy will come. Don’t be caught up in anything other than His Word, His Spirit living in you and His leading, guiding, strengthening power living in and through you… Selah
