Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Psalm 106:1
Praise the LORD! Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! His faithful love endures forever.
When life around you gets busy, when things around you seem crazy and out of control, when life is running at the huge pace called the ‘rat race’… or, even when things around you are steady and moving along peacefully, in all circumstances we can declare that our God is faithful!
God is faithful to His Word, He is faithful to fulfill His promises and He is faithful to us His beloved children. What does it mean when we say God is faithful? Faithfulness refers to the core of the character of God. He is loyal, consistent, reliable, and to be trusted and believed. This means that we know for certain that God is true to His Word. His love for us endures forever. He is not only good in our lives, He is great and greatly to be praised and adored!
Take time today, just thank Him for being Faithful in your life! Thank Him for being faithful in the circumstances, business deals, relationships and things pertaining to your day today. He is in the midst of your today and He is showing Himself faithful to you right now as you read this.
Take a few minutes even now and just thank Him for His love for you… His Goodness in your day today, His peace, His blessing and His promises that you can stand on and rely on.
