The Lord wants to break open His Word within you until revelation light shines out! He wants to open the eyes of your understanding so that you can know His ways, His plans, His precepts and His promises to you. He wants you to know how to operate in the supernatural, how to live in the land of miracles and how to do what Jesus did and beyond!
AS I WAS MEDITATING ON THE IMPORTANCE OF REVELATION KNOWLEDGE, THE HOLY SPIRIT SAID, “MY REVELATION KNOWLEDGE IS AN EPIPHANY…”
I generally know what an epiphany is, but immediately asked the Holy Spirit for further revelation on what He was saying…
A New Covenant, Holy Ghost epiphany is when the eyes of your understanding are enlightened and opened to revelation, New Covenant truth. It is an imparted, supernatural realization… an awakening in the spirit of your mind, a spiritual "aha moment.” A New Covenant, Holy Ghost epiphany is a miracle of thought. It is a supernatural grasp of truth, a supernatural moment of sudden or great ‘illumination revelation’ that permanently changes you.
The word ‘epiphany’ comes from the Greek "epiphaneia," meaning "appearance" or "manifestation," of revelations brought to us by God. In other words, God manifesting a reality and a New Covenant kingdom truth to you, giving you the ability to see and to grasp supernaturally what the natural mind cannot comprehend.
Serving the Lord without revelation knowledge is like trying to find the flashlight in the basement in the middle of the night after a power outage… revelation epiphany knowledge is like turning that blinding darkness into noonday sunshine brightness. You can see ahead, you don’t trip over things, and you can run safely at full pace, instead of slowly feeling your way from wall to wall down to what you hope is the hidden drawer that contains the flashlight that you hope will work.
This ‘epiphany’ revelation knowledge has been given to each and every believer as part of our New Covenant arsenal and equipment to thrive in dark, desperate times. Meditate upon the Word and use your faith to receive a Holy Ghost epiphany!
