Today’s New Covenant nugget is Ephesians 6:18
Pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.
There are many ways to pray and many kinds of prayer, however the most powerful, most effective way to pray is to pray in the Spirit. The Passion Translations says; “Pray passionately in the Spirit, as you constantly intercede with every form of prayer at all times.”
Praying in the Spirit is praying in tongues in your heavenly language, 1 Corinthians 14:2 (TPT) says, “When someone speaks in tongues, no one understands a word he says, because he’s not speaking to people, but to God—he is speaking intimate mysteries in the Spirit.”
When you pray in tongues you are praying stealth prayers… in other words, nobody, including the devil understands, or knows what you are praying. Praying in tongues bypasses your unrenewed mind, it bypasses your limited understanding of God’s Word, and it bypasses areas where you still have a lack of faith… your spirit prays to the Father 100% led by the Holy Spirit. Your spirit prays the exact will of God with the highest level of faith and the highest level of power and authority.
When you do not know how to pray, pray in the Spirit… as you do, your spirit will be led and enlightened by the Holy Spirit to speak the solution and the answer into being by faith.
Take a seat in Christ in heavenly places, now begin to worship in tongues… as you do, begin to speak and pray in tongues – as you pray in the Spirit, you are praying perfect prayers from Heaven to Earth, you are speaking to God in a mystery and you are declaring His Word and His will over your life and your circumstances – you are making decrees over the Earth and you are edifying and building yourself up upon your most holy faith.
