Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Psalm 139:14-16 (AMP)
I will give thanks and praise to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You, when I was being formed in secret, and intricately and skillfully formed [as if embroidered with many colors] in the depths of the earth. Your eyes have seen my unformed substance; and in Your book were all written the days that were appointed for me, when as yet there was not one of them [even taking shape].
Psalm 139:16 (TPT) You saw who You created me to be before I became me! Before I’d ever seen the light of day, the number of days You planned for me were already recorded in Your book.
YOU WERE FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE AND GIFTED, FOR SUCH A TIME IS THIS!
You have been skillfully made by design… gifts, talents and everything that you need for this life as well as everything that those around you need has been built into your DNA. You are unequally gifted and equipped for this time. Discover who God made you to be and then be authentic to yourself! Your world is waiting for you!
When God makes a seed, that seed contains a forest… an apple seed contains everything it needs to grow, flourish, bear fruit and multiply… all it needs is the right environment. If a seed is left in a seed bag, it will remain just as it is for years – only when planted will that seed begin to show its potential… every seed contains a forest, but the forest is only activated within the seed when it is placed in the right environment!
Just like the seed, you have everything built into you for your life, your calling and for success… as with the seed environment is everything! As you allow the Lord to plant you in the environment that you need to flourish, LIFE will ignite on the inside of you! The Lord has designed you to come alive and flourish in an environment where you are on fire for Him, focused on your calling, connected to the right people and being the hand of Jesus extended to a lost and dying world.
Ephesians 2:10 (AMP) For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared [for us] beforehand [taking paths which He set], so that we would walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us].
As you yield to the person that Jesus made you to be and start allowing yourself to be led by the Spirit in everything, something will come alive in you… the life of God will flood into you and you will burst forth into living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for you!
1 Peter 4:10-11 (TPT) Every believer has received grace gifts, so use them to serve one another as faithful stewards of the many-colored tapestry of God’s grace. For example, if you have a speaking gift, speak as though God were speaking His words through you. If you have the gift of serving, do it passionately with the strength God gives you, so that in everything God alone will be glorified through Jesus Christ. For to Him belong the power and the glory forever throughout all ages! Amen.
