Acquaint yourselves with the revelation of righteousness; realize God’s likeness in you. Make it your business to declare mankind’s redeemed innocence. Think friendship. Discover how famous everyone is in the light of the gospel; mankind is in God’s limelight! Ponder how elevated you are in Christ. Study stories that celebrate life. “Engage your thoughts with throne room realities where we are co-seated together with Christ!”’
Family, we have to have the mind of Christ – we have to take every thought captive to the obedience of the anointed one and His anointing, and we have to fix our minds and our meditation on New Covenant, kingdom truth! I love what The Mirror Translation calls these things… ‘Throne room realities where we are co-seated together with Christ!’
This is the information age… we are inundated with ideas, opinions, theories and so called ‘facts’ based on whatever worldview the spokesperson has. Social media, the world wide web, television, movies, 24 hour network news and many other platforms are microphones for anybody with and opinion. Keeping a renewed mind takes focus and determination, and it takes a willingness to shut off the worldviews and to engage in the ‘Word-view’.
Deception is probably the number one weapon of the devil. Your mind, your will and your emotions are the target. Meditate on the Word, study it, listen to the preaching of the Word, discuss the Word with loved ones and ask the Holy Spirit to continually impart revelation after revelation concerning this powerful, life-giving, living Word – Selah!
