Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Psalm 100:1-4 (TPT)

“Lift up a great shout of joy to the Lord! Go ahead and do it—everyone, everywhere! As you serve Him, be glad and worship Him.

Sing your way into His presence with joy! And realize what this really means - we have the privilege of worshiping the Lord our God. For He is our Creator and we belong to Him. We are the people of His pleasure.

You can pass through His open gates with the password of praise. Come right into His presence with thanksgiving. Come bring your thank offering to Him and affectionately bless His beautiful Name!”

Psalm 26:6-8 (TPT) says, “When I come before You, I’ll come clean, approaching your altar with songs of thanksgiving, singing the songs of Your mighty miracles. Lord, I love Your home, this place of dazzling glory, bathed in the splendor and light of Your presence!”

2020 has been a very challenging year… I could list all of the challenges, but that is not what today is all about… today is all about giving thanks to Jesus, our Savior! My family has experienced miracles of provision, miracles of protection… miracle upon miracle, upon miracle, and I am sure that you can testify to the same in your life!

Our Amazing Love Church family entered into the challenges of this year standing on Psalm 91, and all of us can testify, “A thousand may have fallen at our side, and ten thousand at our right hand; but ‘it’ has not come near to us. Only with our eyes have we looked… because we have made the Lord, our refuge, even the Most-High, our dwelling place, no evil could touch us, nor could any plague come near our dwelling.”

As a pastor I have seen so many miracles… every one of our people have enjoyed supernatural provision in the midst of businesses closing, layoffs, massive statewide and nationwide unemployment… no one has lacked anything… from toilet paper to healthy nutrition… every need has been supplied. Not one member has had covid-19… all have been covered in the blood of Jesus! No one has been evicted, no one has had anything repossessed… NOTHING of the devil has touched us – thank You Jesus!

Now you may be reading this from another nation, as another believer who does not share our Amazing Love family testimony… maybe you have experienced much hardship… I have this to say to you, “look for Jesus and notice how He rescued you, how He made a way where there was no way, how He carried you when you could not walk, how He gave you grace and favor, and how He has brought you through!”

We ALL have so much to be thankful for! Whether you are spending this thanksgiving alone, or with friends or family, take some time to worship the Lord… take some time to give Him praise and to say, “THANK YOU! You have been so very good to me”.

Have a blessed Thanksgiving, Nick
