GOD WANTS TO DO A NEW THING IN YOUR LIFE
The Holy Spirit wants to pour His new wine into your life! The New wine of the Holy Spirit brings new life, new hope, new strength and a new anointing for a new day!
The Holy Spirit cannot pour new wine into an old wineskin…
Your old wineskin is everything that you have become - your flesh - your values – your beliefs and your attitude. Even yesterday’s revelation from the Lord can prevent the revelation that He wants to impart today – Yesterday’s revelation was only a small part of where He is taking you! As great as yesterday was – The Lord has new wine for today that will go far beyond yesterday, but we have to let go of yesterday before we can receive what He has for today!
YOU HAVE TO DIE DAILY TO EVERYTHING THAT YOU ARE
In 1 Corinthians 15:31 Paul says, “I die daily.” Paul died daily, Paul chose to let go of yesterday and to press forward toward his mandate in Christ. Yesterday’s manna was great, but today the Lord has roast beef!
2 Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
In the King James Bible, the words ‘Have become’ are translated ‘are become’ – that is because the Greek word being translated is ‘Gínomai’ – It literally means ‘To continually generate as in an assembly line - regeneration’. In other words it is a word that is verb in the present continuous tense – In Christ the Lord wants us to be regenerated continually from glory to glory into His image!
The Lord wants you to continually yield to His process of making you new.
We are not automatically made new, we have to yield by faith to His process of continually making us new. We have to receive His miracle working power for personal regeneration by faith!
“I thank you Father that You are regenerating me and making me new continually – I am continually being transformed from Glory to Glory into the image of Jesus by Your Glory!”
