Today’s devotion is from Mark 10:29-30 (TPT)
“Listen to My words,” Jesus said. “Anyone who leaves his home behind and chooses Me over children, parents, family, and possessions, all for the sake of the gospel, it will come back to him a hundred times as much in this lifetime—homes, family, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, possessions—along with persecutions. And in the age to come, he will inherit eternal life.”
The getting is in the letting go…
Anyone who leaves… it will come back to him a hundred times - supernatural increase comes as we let go of what we have in our hand! It was when Moses let go of the staff in his hand and threw it on the ground that the power of God changed it, it was as the little boy let go of his lunch that God multiplied it, and it is as we let go of what we have and give it to the Lord that miracles begin to happen.
Living a ‘let go life’ is the key! God cannot use what you are holding onto. Let go of your life, let go of your money, let go of your children, let go of your possessions, and as you do, one hundred times more will be given to you!
