Today’s devotion is from 2 Corinthians 12:9
He said to me, “My grace is more than enough for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
The Passion Translation says
He answered me, “My grace is always more than enough for you,and My power finds its full expression through your weakness.”
Some translations say, ‘My grace is sufficient’, but ‘more than enough’ is the most accurate translation. His grace is not only sufficient, it is much, much more than we will ever need. Undeserved restored favor towards the Father gives us access to everything that He has, and everything that the Father has is more than sufficient, it is infinitely more than enough!
2 Corinthians 9:8 says thatGod is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. No matter what you are facing right now, all grace is abounding toward you right now and His power is about to find it’s full expression in your weakness, His supernatural ability is about to find it’s full expression in your inability and His overflowing abundance is about to find it’s full expression in your lack – Selah!
