Today’s devotion is from Isaiah 54:1-3
“Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman,” says the Lord. “Enlarge the place of your tent, and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not spare; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes. For you shall expand to the right and to the left, and your descendants will inherit the nations, and make the desolate cities inhabited.
The Passion Translation says, “Increase is coming, so enlarge your tent and add extensions to your dwelling. Hold nothing back! Make the tent ropes longer and the pegs stronger. You will increase and spread out in every direction.”
I believe that your season of supernatural increase is here! Many have been ‘barren’ until now, but the season of increase, mightily exploits, miracles and great wealth is at hand!
It’s time to enlarge… it’s time to stretch… it’s time to add extensions and to prepare for expansion. It all starts with renewing our minds and changing the way that we think. If you allow yourself to stay small-minded, then your ‘smallness of mind’ will not be able to receive the increase! You may have renewed your mind and you may not be small-minded, but compared to what the Lord wants to do now, what you used to call ‘big’, is now small! Take the limits off of your thinking and enlarge, renew and increase! Receive the huge promised blessing and increase in the area of your thinking.
Enlarge and stretch your faith, your giving, your expectation and your revelation… go deeper, pray more fervently and press into the Word and the realms of God like never before! You need a bigger net… supernatural increase is coming to those who are prepared to receive it!
