I love that God commands, instructs and encourages us to be strong and courageous.
For years, I thought this scripture was just about the strength to resist and the strength to stand through situations and circumstances, but recently the Lord spoke to me that you cannot be strong emotionally unless you are ‘whole’ in Him. Whole in your emotions, whole in your heart, standing full and complete in His working in your life.
His Spirit, His power, makes us whole, renovates us, makes us new and whole. As we yield to Him, we allow Him to make us fully whole as we receive and embrace His living Word, we embrace His strength and by Faith we receive it.
Col 4:12, talks about standing full and complete in all the will of God for your life. When you are standing full and complete in Him, you are lacking nothing. You are whole.
The Lord is with you wherever you go, His presence, His Grace on your life is your strengthening power. You are not alone. Stay strong by staying on the receiving end of His love, His Word, His grace, His Power.
