Today’s New Covenant nugget is from John 4:14
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
When we drink, or ‘receive’ the ‘water’ that Jesus gives, it continually quenches our own thirst, and beyond that, the same water that quenches our thirst becomes a well within us that others can drink from.
In Ephesians 5:26 the Bible refers to the Word of God as water, in other places it refers to the Holy Spirit, or the anointing of the Holy Spirit as water, or as a river. When we receive and drink of the water of Jesus’ Word, and when we receive and drink the water of the Spirit that Jesus serves us, that living water meets all of our needs, and then it gushes forth like rivers from our innermost beings as rivers supplied by a supernatural well within.
The Water that Jesus gives us becomes a ‘internal well’ that is fed by a supernatural heavenly river of the Spirit… miracle waters, healing waters, waters of provision and prosperity, rivers of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and rivers of blessings that overflow… the water from within is for you, your family, your friends and for everybody around you… swim in it, drink from it and share it freely with others!
