Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Romans 8:11
If the Spirit of Him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you.
The Greek word translated as ‘quicken’ is zōopoiéō, literally meaning ‘spiritual power to arouse, or power to germinate inner seeds of life’.
HE THAT RAISED CHRIST FROM THE DEAD WANTS TO RELEASE HIS RESURRECTION POWER ONTO AND INTO YOU TO GERMINATE THE INNER SEEDS OF LIFE IN YOU!
GOD’S WORD HAS FILLED YOU WITH SEEDS OF LIFE… HIS RESURRECTION POWER… HIS ANOINTING DESTROYS ALL DEATH AND THEN GERMINATES WHAT HAS BEEN PLANTED!
BEFORE LIFE COMES, DEATH HAS TO BE DESTROYED!
1 John 3:8 - “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”
THE DEVIL COMES TO STEAL, TO KILL AND TO DESTROY
Resurrection anointing destroys every form of death and destruction in the believer’s life… sickness, the spirit of poverty, depression, fear and every work of the devil is destroyed by the resurrection power of Jesus! The resurrection anointing takes out the rocky ground in a believer’s heart, the shallow ground and the thorny ground, so that the Word can be planted in good soil and produce a huge harvest.
RESURRECTION ANOINTING GERMINATES AND BRINGS LIFE TO THE PLANTED WORD
Every believer has some Word seed sown in their hearts… some more than others. Jesus says that the sower sows the Word (Mark 4:14-20). The Word is sown when you study, or meditate upon the Word, when you confess the Word, or when an anointed minister of God preaches the Word.
Jesus wanted us to get a revelation that the Word of God is seed… visualize your bible as a book of seeds… just like when you go to a nursery, they have packets of many different kinds of seeds, all marked with a picture of what the seed will produce. The Word is full of God’s provision and promises in seed form… seeds of healing, seeds of provision, seed for every need and for every promise of God to you… even specific seed for specific needs… rent, or mortgage provision seeds, seed for the healing and health of every organ in your body, and even seed that releases witty inventions.
When the quickening power of God, the zōopoiéō anointing is received by the believer, that anointing begins to cause the seed that has been sown into your heart to germinate, it brings life to the Word seed that has been sown into the good soil of your heart, and seeds of healing, seeds of provision and seeds of everything that you need begin to grow… those seeds will eventually bear the fruit of God’s promises, and you will eat the fruit of it!
WORD SEEDS OF DIVINE HEALTH, SUPERNATURAL ABILITY, PROSPERITY, WITTY INVENTIONS AND THE POWER OF GOD TO DO THE WORKS OF JESUS BEGIN TO GERMINATE IN YOUR HEART UNDER THE QUICKENING ANOINTING.
Seek this quickening anointing out… sit under the resurrection anointing and receive it. Find anointed music and anointed preaching and teaching… if you have not already, find an anointed church that contends for the anointing… surround yourself with anointed people who have become vessels of God’s quickening power and receive the anointing by faith… as you do, the same power that raised Christ from the dead will begin to quicken and germinate and arouse the ‘GOD DNA’ on the inside of you. His DNA is in His Word and in His anointing, and as the seed of the Word germinates on the inside of you, you will begin to live the true zōḗ life, in Jesus Name!

“Jesus, thank You for dying on the cross for me. Thank You for destroying death and for bringing life.
I receive Your resurrection power right now!
I believe and declare that the same Holy Ghost power that raised You from the dead, now quickens me!
Jesus, by Your resurrection anointing, all death and all destruction operating in me is now destroyed.
Jesus, by Your resurrection power, your seeds of life, health, supernatural ability, the power to get wealth and the anointing to reign in this life with You germinates within me right now, in your mighty name!”
