Matthew 9:36 (AMP) - When He saw the crowds, He was moved with compassion and pity for them, because they were dispirited and distressed, like sheep without a shepherd.
Jesus ‘SAW’ the condition of the people, He ‘noticed’ their pain… not only did he see, He was moved! Jesus was moved by what He saw… He did something about it! Jesus still sees the pain of humanity, He sees your pain, your challenges, your fears and your disappointments… not only does He see it, He is moved… He is doing something about it right now! Jesus is the answer!
Jesus was moved with compassion and with love… His love compels Him to get involved. to provide the answer, to be the answer and to continually cause us to triumph through Him!
THE WORLD IS IN A CRISES!
PEOPLE ARE FILLED WITH HURT, HATE AND FEAR… PEOPLE ARE CRYING OUT FOR ANSWERS LIKE NEVER BEFORE!
EVERYBODY HAS AN OPINION AND NOBODY HAS AN ANSWER!
Jesus said in Matthew 15:14 “Let them alone. They are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind leads the blind, both will fall into a ditch.” He was talking about the Pharisees and the Sadducees who were attempting to bring answers, but who were only making things worse!
In todays world there are worldly leaders, politicians and organizations who are attempting to provide answers in the midst of chaotic times… political division, covid-19, racial division, sexism, religious wars and on and on… again, everybody has an opinion, but nobody has an answer!
LEAVE THEM ALONE! DO NOT GET INVOLVED IN WHAT THE WORLD IS DOING! DO NOT ARGUE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, DO NOT TRY TO FIX THINGS WITHIN A CORRUPT SYSTEM!
It will be like trying to rescue a tiger that has been run over by a bus… you will end up really injured and the tiger will still be where he was before you got there – it will be like trying to teach a pig to sing… the pig will just get mad and you will just get frustrated!
Only Jesus has the answer and He is the only answer! His covenant, His anointing, His ability to transform people and to make the new… only Jesus can save this world in crises, and He is willing and He is able!
JESUS IMPLEMENTS HIS ANSWER THROUGH PEOPLE!
When Jesus saw the multitudes… when He saw their pain, He was moved, and the way that He was moved was that He had the disciples pray for laborer’s in His harvest field! After they had prayed, Jesus sent THEM out… they became the answer to their own prayers. Jesus moves through people, He ministers through people, He heals through people and He provides the answer through people.
Jesus wants you to be His hands extended… He wants to shine through you, heal through you, release His anointing through you and provide leadership to a lost and dying world through you!
DO WHAT JESUS DID! CONTINUE HIS WORK! BE LIGHT! PREACH GOOD NEWS PRAY FOR THEM LOVE ON THEM PRAY OVER THEM GET THEM BORN AGAIN BRING THEM TO CHURCH DISCIPLE THEM
MAKE THIS CONFESSION ACCORDING TO LUKE 4:18-19
“As a believer in Christ, the Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim that the time of the Lord’s favor has come, in Jesus Name! I will go where Jesus wants me to go, I will do what He wants me to do and I will say what He wants me to say, in Jesus Name!”
