Today’s New Covenant nugget is from Psalm 145:1-5 (TPT)
My heart explodes with praise to You! Now and forever my heart bows in worship to You, my King and my God! Every day I will lift up my praise to Your name with praises that will last throughout eternity. Lord, you are great and worthy of the highest praise! For there is no end to the discovery of the greatness that surrounds You. Generation after generation will declare more of Your greatness and declare more of Your glory. Your magnificent splendor and the miracles of Your majesty are my constant meditation.
Take time today to Worship our great God for His greatness and His goodness in our lives. Put on a song on your YouTube, on your CD player, or if you play an instrument, pick up your guitar, sit at your keyboard and take a moment to worship the Lord with all your heart and let your heart ‘explode’ with praise to Him.
If you don’t have an instrument or a way to worship with a written song, just take a few moments to worship the Lord with your own words, with your whole heart, with all your focus. Bow your heart in worship to Him today, just like David did so many years ago. As you do, I pray you will feel His peace, His presence, His love and His embrace.
There’s nothing more important in life, than reminding yourself of God’s place in your life and your place in His. In the midst of the business of life, I wanted to remind you today, we were created to worship Him – Selah.
