Philippians 4:4 (TPT) says, “Be cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life. Let joy overflow, for you are united with the Anointed One!”
Joy comes from living in the presence of the Lord – joy has to be entered into by faith, in EVERY season of life – joy is a fruit of faith, being confident that the Lord is Who He says He is and that He will do what He said He will do! Joy is a ‘faith ignited’ happy celebration based upon the Word, the faithfulness of God and the anointed presence of Jesus. When you bring yourself to a place of being cheerful with joyous celebration in every season of life, and letting joy overflow in the midst of challenging circumstances, it blesses the Lord and it demonstrates you absolute trust in Him.
The Amplified Bible says, “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you will abound in hope and overflow with confidence in His promises.”
Joy and peace is found ‘in believing’, through the experience of your faith – joy and peace come as you abound in hope and faith and overflow with absolute confidence that He will do what He said He will do! Keep the faith, God is faithful! Rejoice and celebrate, victory is at hand!
