Today’s devotion is from Hebrews 4:12 (TPT)
For we have the living Word of God, which is full of energy, and it pierces more sharply than a two-edged sword. It will even penetrate to the very core of our being where soul and spirit, bone and marrow meet! It interprets and reveals the true thoughts and secret motives of our hearts.
The Amplified Bible says, ‘For the word of God is living and active and full of power [making it operative, energizing, and effective].’ Have you ever felt drained, low in energy and immobilized by fatigue? Maybe you do not need an energy drink… maybe what you need is some living Word!
Take a little time and declare the Word over yourself, then pray in the Holy Ghost, then read a chapter, then pray in the Holy Ghost again… maybe take some time to listen to a good anointed teaching from the Word… the living Word will energize, empower and revitalize, and it will last more than five hours… Selah
